On the afternoon of January 16, 2025, the Saint-Gobain Joinleader (Anhui) New Materials Co., Ltd. Labor Union, in collaboration with the HR & Administration Department, successfully held the 2025 Frontline Employee Skills Competition, titled "Mastering Adhesive Craftsmanship, Joinleader Leads the Way – Adhesive Expert." This event also marked the launch of the 2025 Skills Competition series.
A total of 20 employees from Workshop A1 and B1 participated in the contest, which consisted of a written test and hands-on operational skills assessment. After intense competition and rigorous evaluation by judges, the results were finalized: Team B1-3 stood out with outstanding teamwork and technical expertise, securing the first prize, while Team B1-4 and Team A1-1 claimed the second and third prizes, respectively.
Since its inception in 2023, the Frontline Employee Skills Competition has been held annually for three consecutive years. The event not only strengthens team cohesion and unity but also provides employees with a platform to showcase their talents. By organizing such skill-based competitions, the company fosters a learning-oriented culture and promotes the spirit of craftsmanship, while creating more opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and achieve personal growth.
